What if I am a user aged under 18?
If you are aged 18 or under, please get your parent/guardian’s permission before you provide any personal information to Zeus Digital.
If you are under 18 and registering your details to Zeus Digital then you will need to provide your date of birth for our records.If you are under 13 then we will need consent from your parent/guardian before you can use some of our services.
How we keep your details safe and secure
Your personal data will be held and processed on Zeus Digital’s systems or systems managed by suppliers on behalf of Zeus Digital. We maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system to hold contact details and a record of your interactions with Zeus Digital such as ticket purchases, donations, memberships, queries, complaints and attendance at special events. Where possible we aim to keep a single record for each customer.
Your data is always held securely. Access to customer information is strictly controlled. The CRM system can only be accessed by people who need it to do their job. Certain data, for example some sensitive information, is additionally controlled and is only made visible to members of staff who have a reason to work with it.
We may need to disclose your details if required to the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisors.
We will only ever share your data in other circumstances if we have your explicit and informed consent.
How we use your personal information
When you first register with our website, you can decide whether your contact information may be used by us, and the promoters/companies/artists whose work you are seeing on stage for direct marketing purposes.
Depending on your selection, Zeus Digital and our partners may contact you by e-mail or post, telephone or SMS with information or offers regarding their goods and services such as discounts, exclusive offers or special event information. If you’ve given your consent when registering for your personal information to be provided to are partners they may contact you by post, telephone or email with information or offers regarding their goods and services.
We will never sell, rent or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without your consent.
How long will Zeus Digital hold my information?
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with Zeus Digital. If you delete your account then your personal information is deleted immediately, and the remaining information is anonymised for analytical purposes. If you have not used your Zeus Digital account in the last two years then your account may be classed as dormant or may be deleted in line with this privacy policy.
We will email to remind you before deletion so please check your inbox regularly to see if we have sent you any emails about this.
Information sharing and transfer
Zeus Digital will not share your data with any third parties without your consent, except under the following circumstances:
- if we use a third party supplier to carry out specific business operations (e.g. a mailing house, a courier, or a market research company) but only if we have in place a written agreement protecting your information;

Can I find out what personal information Zeus Digital holds about me?

We will use reasonable efforts consistent with our legal duty to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files. We will need two copies of forms of identification, which can be:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Birth certificate
- Utility bill (from last 3 months)
- Current vehicle registration document
- Bank statement (from last 3 months)
- Rent book (from last 3 months).
Can I delete my data?
You can always delete your Zeus Digital account by contacting us and requesting that we remove your data.
As previously explained, deleting your Zeus Digital account will erase any personal information in your account that we have about you and it will mean any data we hold will be made anonymous.
